People loved these when I made them, but I'm not sure I completely loved them. I may make again, but they are not something I could get addicted to. The sweet potato has an "after taste", as well as I can explain it, but many people like that taste - it's probably what makes this unique. Try it, you may love it!

Pro Ganache

Ganache is the easiest thing to make and always makes desserts extra special. Plus you look like a pro as people think "ganache" is gourmet=difficult! Pour this over some brownies and cut it after it sets and people will SING your praises!

Spicy Bean Salsa

This is awesome stuff. I could eat it everyday until its' gone! To cut calories, I used less salad dressing, (used fat free italian, and probably only half what is called for in the recipe) and I also added a handful of chopped cilantro to really make the salsa POP. Oh, and a squeeze of lime and a splash of red wine vinegar. Delicious and healthy!

Chicken Katsu

We love this recipe. It makes chicken tenders SO good! Very easy to make. Highly recommend. Panko crumbs are the BEST!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

This is probably the best banana bread I have made in years. It is SO moist and the chocolate just adds that dessert-y kick to take it to a higher level! Instead of two large loaves, I made one loaf and 3 mini loaves to give away. Per the comments, I used slightly less sugar and also subbed a little bit of the white sugar with brown. Every thing else is as written. Yummy!!!

Corn Dog Muffins

I love this recipe! It tastes just like a corn dog, but I use fat free hotdogs, so I have none of the guilt for eating them and feeding them to my kids. It gets an A+++++ P.S. I don't alter the ingredients any, but I do cut the dogs into small pieces and mix into the batter. Thanks for a great kid friendly recipe!

Pat's Potato Salad

This was not as good as other potato salads I've made. Was a bit bland to me. I made this and several other dishes for a party and this potato salad was the only thing that I had left over.
