I am blessed with a wonderful hubby of 9yrs... my high school sweetheart :) and 4 beautiful little ones :):) I love spending time with my family and friends and I love growing in Christ daily!!! God is so Good!! I enjoy coffee time with my friends...and I enjoy listening to Soft Jazz dinner music while I work in the kitchen or sit and read a book with a cup of hot tea or coffee. I love to sit outside when it is nice and have camp fires in our back yard with friends and family. I love Christian worship music and all Christian music~Jeremy Camp, Kutless, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Toby Mac, Passion Worship, all of it. I enjoy coffee houses and going to Christian rock concerts.
My favorite things to cook
Hmm let me see... Well I like to grill as much as I can, grilled chicken, salmon, steaks, pork chops, hamburgers, turkey burgers! I really enjoy baking goodies, brownies, healthy cookies, muffins, scones, anything gooey and yummy. I make some yummy fudge! :) I would say I enjoy baking more than actually cooking!

Christmas time I like to make a Christmas brunch.....and I serve Egg Casserole, yummy baked Peach oatmeal, links, scones and hot coco and hot coffee and tea in my favorite fancy tea cups and dishes.
My cooking triumphs
Well my sweet husband says I have always been a good cook........but I beg to differ! He says he likes my cooking... I have finally not stressed out over making lasazna.....i have to admit all the layers get's me kind of irritated... :):) ha ha lol but I have finally been making good lasazna for a few years :)
My cooking tragedies
Well I am currently bored of my same ole cooking. I tend to cook the same things. Meat, starch, veggie. But it is the same stuff..green beans mainly b/c that is what my kids will eat and California Veggie medley is good. I would like to make more exciting dishes that have healthy components. I want our family to over all eat better so that we can be healthier. We don't want our kids to struggle with being over weight. Both dh and I would like to lose a few pounds. I would like to up the fresh veggies count each day/week. I think I have made a dish a time or two that we all just did not like and we all agreed that I would not make that again...it must have been so horrible that I totally forgot what it is.
