About this Cook
I started cooking for myself when I was 12 and first became a vegetarian. My mom told me she wasn't cooking extra food for me, so I had to learn myself. Four years later, I'm much better and learning more every day.
My favorite things to cook
Salads, stir-fry, ethnic food, dessert.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom's chocolate cheesecake. It's a rare treat for her to make it, but when she does it's delicious.
My cooking triumphs
I made very decadent little caramel cakes once with coconut filling and chocolate ganache. They came out perfectly.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make bread once without my bread maker. The dough came out all dry and grainy, it was nasty.

Hummus III
It was very good. It came out s=nice and smooth, not pasty like some recipes I've tried. I added some curry to it for some more flavor.

Chocolate Banana Split Drizzle
I like bitter chocolate a lot so I liked this, though my sister tried it and didn't. I found it a little too thick to use as a sauce but I ate it with some fruit. It makes a good truffle filling if you refridgerate it.
