better than Hooters Marinaded the wings in the sauce for 2 hours(longer the better) then baked for 40 minutes at 400F. Then with the leftover marinade boiled down to a thick syrup and poured on top of the wings.

Harvest Pumpkin Soup

This soup was just wonderful! I used fresh pumpkin and omit the cream. I just wanted to have a more natural taste of the pumpkin. Also I added a few chunks of my pumpkin to the soup just to give more of a pumpkin taste. Pumpkin is light and has a taste somewhat similar to a potato. I will definately make this again.

Raisin Lemon Cookies

I used about 1/4 cup lemon juice only and baked this in 2 batches. I thought it wasn't quite sweet enough so I made a little lemonly glaze out of powdered sugar, lemon juice & water and drizzled it over the cooled cookies just for an extra lemon touch. I brought these to work and my co-workers enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!
