Baked French Toast
Really good! I used french bread that was a few days old and didn't have any problem with there being too much sauce. My sauce did end up spilling over the side a bit, so next time I'll put my baking dish on a cookie sheet to catch any spills. This does come out almost exactly like a bread pudding though, so if you don't like that you probably won't like this much either.

Baked Dijon Salmon
This was soooo yummmy! The only thing I'd do different next time would be to put a little less of the sauce on the fish - we used less fish than the recipie called for so we spread the sauce on pretty thick, it's really flavorful so I don't really think it needed so much on it.

Ham and Cheese Bowties
This came out pretty good. My two boys and liked it (they can be pickey) and my husband said it was good too - but I didn't think it was all that special. It also had a flour-y feeling to the sauce, maybe I didn't make it right I don't know. All in all I might make this again, but change it up a little (different cheeses and stuff like that).
