Amaretto

Never really drank Amaretto much before but this tasted delicious! Gave it out as gifts over Christmas and everyone was very impressed!

Absolutely can not be made with the amount of flour listed. I even did what one person said and worked on that dough for 15 minutes. I had to form the cookies in the cookie cutter instead of actually rolling out the dough and cutting it. Made another batch with 2 cups of flour and they were perfect.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

1) You HAVE to use the size pan listed. 2) I used mini chips 3) I sprayed the pan with Pam and then dusted with cocoa and it came out perfect!

Ricotta Gnocchi

GNOCCHI only: I actually made the sauce also but mine ended up being one huge ball of cheese as opposed to an actual sauce. However, I've made both potato based and this gnocchi and like this recipe far better. Fabulous!

Quick Gnocchi

It does take a little while to cut all the pieces and make them look pretty but my husband has requested this meal multiple times. Easy and delicious.

Noodles Alfredo

I used so of the changes others recommended and switched out 1/4 cup mozzarella for romano and just used italian seasoning because I didn't have any dried parsley. Served it with 2 cubbed chicken breasts over rottini pasta and it was fabulous. Will definitely make it again.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Ever since I went to La Madeleine years ago I've been wanting to find an equivalent and this is it. I might use unsalted butter next time or don't add any extra salt to the end. I've made this soup many times and I'm making it again tonight!
