Mocha Cooler

I also was hooked on McDonalds Frappes', but who can afford that? I double this recipe twice and substitute Splenda in place of sugar. Everybody request these in summer, I can't keep up. Great recipe!

Coffeebar Chai

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2014
Thank you!! I love this recipe!! only difference I made was to use Equal in place of sugar, and since it is sweeter I only added what amounted to 1 c. of sugar. don't omit the cloves as one suggested, doesn't taste like a chia tea w/o them!

Susan's Smokey Salmon Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
This is wonderful! The liquid smoke is the secret. I added a little sour cream also. I made it into a ball and rolled in nuts for texture. This cleaned up right away, will make a double batch next time.

Stuffed Peppers for Two

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
Very good, don't change a thing. I don't boil peppers, but cut them in half lengthwise and remove the tops-makes them easier to eat in my opinion. I do like to cook the ground beef first and rid of any grease I also like a little parmsean cheese on top the last 5 minutes of cooking. Delish

Homemade Maple Syrup

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
Yummy! I didn't realize I was out of syrup until this morning, I made this recipe in 5 minutes using less water than the recipe calls for. It is wonderful, I will never purchase store bought maple syrup again.
