Deviled Eggs

Orange, Walnut, Gorgonzola and Mixed Greens Salad with Fresh Citrus Vinaigrette

I made this for my sewing club lunch and everyone loved it. I did leave out the sugar and I used mandarin oranges in a jar, so that was plenty sweet. I used feta with basil and sundried tomatoes instead of gorgonzola. My husband love it too and he's very picky. Great recipe, thanks for submitting.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Excellent. I didn't have soy sauce so I used Teriyaki and I did use garlic powder and ginger powder, but it was still an easy and delicious recipe. We grilled the fish and potatoes. My husband liked it, but not as much as I did. No matter, I'm the cook in the house! Sorry, but the food was gone before I could take a picture! Thank you for sharing.

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

I had to leave out the wine for a friend of mine, but I left all else the same. The only thing I did was add the marinade from the artichockes since I didn't add the wine. It was a fantastic dish and one that I've added to my recipe box. Thank you for submitting.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Very good recipe. I made heart-shaped for Valentine's Day and everyone loved them. They did spread a little when baking, but still maintained their shape for the most part. I did bake a little longer as they came out a little too pale with only 8 minutes.

BAKER'S Easy Chocolate Truffles

Excellent recipe and very easy. I would suggest only refrigerating it for an hour. I kept it in the fridge for 3 hours and it was very hard to work with and not pliable. Other than that, it was a great recipe. I did use Bakers chocolate bars, and used 8 semisweet and 4 bittersweet and everyone thought it was perfect. Thanks for submitting.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Very good cookie. I did not frost them, but they were delicious without them. Quite easy too! Even my picky husband liked them. I will decorate them and try them that way, too! Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Song Soup

The flavors are good, but my rice came out too mushy and I didn't care for the chunks of fresh rosemary. I love rosemary, but I prefer dried and ground. I'll probably try again with a different rice. Thanks for submitting.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

My husband liked this as it was extremely moist. I liked it, but thought it came out a little too soft, like it hadn't baked long enough. But I've made it twice, cooked it a bit longer and used a bundt and everyone seems to like it. It definitely is moister than any other receipe I've tried. Will keep this on my favorite list!

Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

On my favorite list. I happened to have some Greek grilled chicken, and used French Feta (milder than Greek Feta) and made my own balsamic vinegar dressing. It was such a hit, my mother-in-law requested I make her some extra to take home!!! Excellent, next time I'll trying adding fresh basil and kalamata olives.
