Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
I used fresh chicken (not frozen) and only BBQ sauce (KC Masterpiece) and Lite Italian Dressing. I cooked the chicken for 4 hours and let it sit 'warm' for a few hours. When I got home from work I shredded the chicken in the pot and then let it sit a bit longer, though it really only needed about 10 mins. It was AWESOME!!!! I baked sweet potatoes and put the chicken on top. Add some veggies and you've got a great easy meal. Even my picky toddler loved it and now we have food for tomorrow!

Tasty Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
I boiled the potatoes instead of baking them like other reviewers suggested and the texture was perfect. My husband and 1 year-old daughter LOVED this! I actually wasn't a big fan - it tasted too much like candy to me, so I added butter to my portion and it was fine. I made it with chicken tenders and it went well together.

Black Magic Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
For some reason my cake collapsed in the middle, so I just mashed all the crumbs together and baked it again. It turned out surprisingly well and everyone loved it!

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I made twice as much salmon so I doubled this recipe which was a huge mistake! (I've never made fish before). There was way too much "juice". If you make more than two just stick with the original amount, if you feel that you need more just add a little oil at a time and make sure you drain it before you cook it otherwise it takes about 3 years to cook:)

Banana Pancakes I

I added a little almond extract and it tasted like cake! These were the best pancakes I've ever had - they didn't even need syrup or butter. Delicious!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
These cookies were an absolute hit! One of my friends recently stopped smoking and said these cookies were better than nicotine! I made a few changes. I used 2 cups of white chocolate chunks and 1 cup of milk chocolate chunks and didn't use nuts. I also just stirred the powders in a separate bowl instead of putting them in a plastic bag. These cookies are amazing! Thanks for the recipe!
