Chef John's Turkey Noodle Casserole
It was edible but not something I would make again unless I was out of ideas.. I'm not a fan on the garam masala flavor yet I found this dish to be lacking on overall flavor even with that strong spice mix. I used pepperjack and it was too spicy- I love pepperjack usually but this overdid it. If I did it again, I would use a different cheese, more of it, add sour cream for more creaminess and perhaps some garlic.

Bacon and Tomato Cups
I love it! My husband said it was good in a weird way. My 65 year old dad, a traditional, always had a home cooked meal kind of man, loved these. Instead of using mayonnaise, I used cream cheese (with chives) to keep the mixture together and instead of swiss, used cheddar because that is all I had. It gave it more flavor and was just GREAT. I had to cook them longer than 12 minutes- more like 15 minutes since the center of the cup is filled with wet stuff. I even had some leftovers and they tasted great reheated!

Bacon Crackers
The great thing about this is it is easy to make and makes a lot in no time! I would experiment more and do some with cheese next time... it was good but not great.
