Green Beans with Hazelnuts and Lemon

Although its not the healthiest way to prepare this, try substituting 1 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 tbsp. of butter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges for those who prefer the dish with a bit more tang! Good staple recipe when you're short on time.

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

Absolutely delicious! Added more basil as we really enjoy the sweet herb taste that it lends to tomato based dished and used a blender to puree before serving!

Sesame Seared Tuna

sauce was delicious...if you cannot find mirin, you can also substitute japanese plum wine, also, i would use more honey and mirin in the recipe and slightly increase the cooking time of the tune if you have thick tuna steaks
