Apple Dumplings I

Delicious...diced the apples, coated them in cinnamon sugar, and then wrapped them in crescent rolls. Baked them for 25 minutes and the topped them with the sauce. Yummy!

Yum!!! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using ground red pepper in place of the flakes. I also sauteed onions, carrots, and green beans to pair with the chicken and rice. Leftovers were just as delicious the next day!

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Very bland for my tastes...I doctored the sauce by adding pesto to the leftovers after following the recipe exactly. I will not make this again :(

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I've used this recipe numerous times and it is always delicious, but I wanted to share some of the variations that I make: Caramel- add a few tablespoons of thick caramel (not the imitation stuff) to the cream cheese mixture. Strawberry - use either fresh or frozen strawberries thawed that are pureed to the cream cheese mixture. Lemon- add 3 tsps of lemon juice and the zest of one lemon to the cream cheese. The options are endless! Enjoy!

Tiramisu II

Pretty easy recipe and tastes GREAT! However the directions are very vague when it comes to mixing the egg yolks with the sugar and milk. After ruining the custard on the first attempt I retried it using an electric mixer to incorporate the sugar (until it turned a light yellow) and then I added the milk gradually (also using the mixer) before cooking it on the stove...PERFECT and extremely smooth custard. Excellent recipe...will definitely make again! Thanks Christine

Fluffy Pancakes

Apple Bavarian Torte

This recipe is AWESOME!!! The only changes I make is to add a tsp of almond extract to the cream mixture and a 1/2tsp. of almond to the crust. AMAZING...everyone I've made this for has asked for the recipe and for the leftovers!
