Salisbury Steak
Outstanding. I made changes similar to other reviewers: Omit the salt, ketchup, and mustard; use corn starch instead of flour as needed; to the meat mixture add the Worcestershire sauce and a finely chopped, sauteed onion (medium); for the gravy, add the remaining onion soup, a can of cream of mushroom soup, and a half-packet of dry onion soup mix, and heat it all through on the stove top. After browning the patties, place them in a foil-lined dish and pour the gravy over them, and bake covered in the oven for 45 minutes at 375. Make at least double the gravy. My family raved.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Awesome. Didn't have time to make the butter pockets, but the turkey was brined anyway, so it was plenty moist. Great flavors.

Baby Back Ribs
Please read many times have you had charred, rubbery ribs at a barbecue? This recipe is spectacular, and absurdly easy, you guys. Pull 'em out of the oven, slather some BBQ sauce on them, and throw 'em on the grill for 10-15 minutes. My brother-in-law asked what restaurant I got them from. Just divine and so easy.
