Marinated tuna in sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, scallion, and lime juice. Seared fish for 1 minute per side with peanut oil and a really hot cast iron pan. Served with the wasabi-butter sauce over fennel salad with parmesan and naval orange slices. The sauce goes great over broccoli.
