Lemon Chicken with Broccoli
Perfection. I subbed asparagus for the broc & added lemon zest. Then used cornstarch to thicken the sauce. My mouth was happy!

Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Amazing. Huge hit with my belly. I added a little cornstarch to the gravy to thicken it, but kept all the remaining ingredients as is. Can't wait to make this for a holiday family dinner.
