My cooking triumphs
I made an awesome chicken satay once which turned out to be amazing...I'm also pretty good at making desserts, and just recently made a pavlova which was too good for words!
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make this pasta where one of the ingredients was canned sardines in red sauce...I had never had sardines, but wanted to try them because they're so healthy...that was the first and last time I ever ate them...ugggh...

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
I love this recipe! I usually just cook for myself, but I made a full recipe of these, made individual patties, and froze them so I can eat these whenever I want! (They freeze really well.) I like to eat these on toasted buns with sauteed red onions and roasted red peppers on top. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Peppermint Meringues
Sooooo good! I made these as part of my Christmas cookies this year. I do recommend storing them away from other cookies (especially the moister ones) in order to maintain their texture. Thanks so much for this great recipe!
