Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
This was AWESOME!!! I was unsure of this recipe because of the mayo but I tried it and LOVED it. This will be my chocolate cake recipe. I followed the recipe exactly. I took it to work today and everyone raved about how moist it was. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
This is the best fish I have ever had. I didn't use measurements, but I used extra virgin olive oil as my base and to that I added old bay seasoning, garlic powder, seasoned salt and dry parsley flakes. I brushed that on my tilapia and placed a lemon slice on each fish and then squeezed fresh lemon juice on top and baked covered at 350 for 25 minutes.

I make this recipe all the time. It so good we have it at least once a week. I do leave the brown sugar out of the meatloaf completely and follow the rest of the recipe to the T. YUM!!

This had a wonderful taste, except it was exceptionally sweet. I will make it again except I won't add any sugar.

Very Yummy and easy to make. This will be my new fudge recipe. Tastes just like good old fashioned fudge. I followed the recipe to a T. For those whos didn't turn out right, get a candy thermometor. Thanks for a quick and easy recipe.

This is so good, it tasts almost exactly like my moms. Definantly a keeper. Like BARBARALB, I used evaporated milk and added cinnamon and nutmeg. I also used baked sweet potatoes.

Country Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2007
I really liked this recipe, but my husband wasn't too crazy about it. I do agree that a 6 oz fried onions is too much. I cooked my chicken first then added to the rest, mixed it together and topped it with the rest of my fried onions and cheddar cheese. Will make again w/less fried onion.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2007
These were really good! I think I just baked them too long, they formed a crunchy top which I don't like. They had a very good taste and were easy to make. I will make them again, just not too long.

Amish Yumazuti

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2007
This dish was really good. My husband and I loved it. I did tweak it a little, I used bowtie noodles instead of egg noodles, 2 cans of mushroom soup, 2 Tbs of minced garlic, added real mushrooms (to the beef mixture while cooking) and large can of crushed tomatoes (that's all I had). I mixed everything up and topped it with the cheese. I loved everything about this dish except for the celery, but my husband liked it because it made it crunchy, so leaving that in is up to you. I will definantly make this again.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2007
Sorry, I didn't really like these. I don't know if it was something I did or what, but they were dry and gritty. I did top them with a chocolate frosting. That was good, but I ended up throwing them away.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2007
YUM!! My husband and I loved this recipe. I did follow these suggestions from the other reviews: Omit the mayo, use 1/2 can of milk, 2 cans of mushroom soup, add paprika to the chicken while cooking on the stove, cook the suffing and add it in to the mix. I mixed everything in a large bowl then put it in the pan and topped w/italian style breadcrumbs. Will definantly make it again.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
I have never been able to make chocolate chip cookies before, they always came out paper thin, but these are perfect. I have to make them for my husband all the time. When I took them to work they were all gone in 15 minutes, everyone loved them. I use 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup regular crisco and regular vanilla. I use my hands to make balls before putting them on the cookie sheet that way they come out perfectly round. I also bake mine 7-8 minutes so they are not too crispy. Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe!!

Beef Teriyaki

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
Good, I do agree that it does need something else, but I'm not sure what. I will try real garlic next time and remove the beef before cooking my broccoli so that the beef will stay tender while the broccoli cooks. I will also add a little more cornstarch. I will definantly try this again.
