Chicken Korma II
This recipe did not taste like the chicken korma that I anticipated (that which is served in Indian restaurants). It took me 2 hours to prepare it, start to finish, and I don't consider myself a novice in the kitchen. The flavor overall was just okay. I will not be making this again. (The only variation I made to the recipe was substituting fat free half and half for the heavy cream.)

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon
I'm usually wary of trying recipes without many reviews, but this one was really good. (I needed something quick and there aren't too many broiled salmon recipes!). I sauteed the garlic in the olive oil and a little bit of butter, and substituted chicken stock for the wine. It wasn't greasy (I think cutting way down on the butter was a big help) and the taste was wonderful. I will make this one again. Thanks!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Some people complained about the texture of the cottage cheese in the recipe...I think I fixed that by pureeing the cottage cheese with some milk in the blender. It kept the creaminess without having the lumps. I also added some onion powder and garlic powder. It probably could have used more spices, I'm just not sure what. One more change was the breadcrumb topping--I omitted the butter entirely and only sprinkled maybe 1/4 cup of bread crumbs on the top. Overall we really liked this recipe.
