Earthquake Cookies

I used DH Spice Cake mix and rolled them in granulated instead of powdered sugar, and they were delicious! Just like chewy ginger cookies, but super easy!

Coconut Jerk Chicken

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

Awesome easy recipe! I only had chicken on hand, and it was still delicious! I added a little bit of curry to the marinade, half a bunch of cilantro and ~6 leaves of basil to the stir fry and the flavor was fantastic.
