Sausage Brunch Casserole
What a delicious, quick and easy recipe. I prepared this in advance, which worked quite nicely. I used brown and serve sausage cut in chunks instead of the ground sausage. I found it needed much more cooking time - about 1/2 hour. However that could have been because I took it right out of the fridge. This recipe is a keeper.
