Lemony Quinoa
I'm giving this 4 stars because the recipe should say "Serve 24-hours later." It's soooo much better the next day. Since the celery and onion aren't cooked, it's just too crunchy and raw to serve same-day. I also added a touch of olive oil. Other than that, very good!

Greek Pasta Salad I
Fabulous! Of course it can be customized with whatever vegetables you like. The dressing is great. I would MAYBE add a little more sugar.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken
I made this and it was great. However, I didn't let the pasta cook for 25 minutes, because it was starting to get soggy after about 15 minutes (package says to cook 8-10 minutes). So I just drained off the liquid and saved it for the next time I make this. Then I added about half the cream. So I have a question- if you cook the pasta for 25 minutes, won't it get soggy? This recipe has such good reviews and no one seems to have done what I did, so I'm curious.
