Witches' Brew

I made this last year for a Halloween party, it was the perfect touch for the punch bowl! I am getting ready to make it again this year! I only used the recipe for the floating hand so I can't say much for the punch. I used strawberries and lemonade for the hand since it went with the drink I was making...turned out great!!

Best Brownies

These definatley are the best brownies! I didn't make the frosting and they were still moist and delicious. These are way better than any brownie mix. This is the only brownie recipe I am ever going to use.

Corn Dog Muffins

The idea seemed a little strange but these were delicious. I halved the recipes since it is just me and my boyfriend. It made about 12. I cut up the hot dogs and stirred them in the batter, which made it kind of hard to pour, but it worked. I also omitted the brown sugar as corn bread is sweet enough. I will definatley make these again!

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

This turned out great! This is exactly what I wanted my fudge to taste like. I have always been afraid to try and make fudge but you literally cannot mess this up! Going to try a peanut butter variation soon using peanut butter chips.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

I followed the exact directions and these came out flat and dense. Who knows what I did. The flavor was still good and I'll definatley try again, this time mixing the yeast in with the dry ingredients like I usually do. I wanted to use them for pulled pork sandwiches but instead I had to make a quick batch of biscuits.

I made these for Christmas and they were wonderful, everyone loved them. I used raw sugar and it made a nice shell on the outside.

Focaccia Bread

I made this bread to dip with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was delicious, but I liked it served at room temperature instead of warm, it changed the density of the bread. I messed up a bit by trying to reshape after I punched it down, it made for some weird layering of the dough, so make sure you just flatten it after punching down. Overall was delicious!

Ham and Beans

I love, love, love this recipe! I am actually making this right now for at least the fifth or sixth time. I, like many others, use much less brown sugar, maybe 2 tablespoons. I also add 2 cups of fordhook lima beans and 2 tablespoons of butter. Delicious!!!
