Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Everyone raved! It was only the 2nd time I have ever cooked a turkey and it was delicious! I made it exactly as the recipe said, except for rubbing butter on the whole top side of the bird before baking. It made it nice a golden brown.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I screwed it up and it was still amazing. I didn't wait to put in the cream of chicken soup (I put it in at the beginning) and added a little black pepper in at the end & some cooked whole wheat egg noodles. It was so good! Wouldn't change a thing!

Morning Glory Muffins I

Rave Reviews Coconut Cake

Amazing cake, but as others have said, not near enough icing. I doubled it the second time I made it and it was gobbled up! Even my husband who fussed that he "didn't really like coconut", ate more than anyone else. Just be sure to double the icing because the recipe will NOT give you enough for 3 layers...even if you are stingy with it.
