Pumpkin Pancakes
Delish as written though i didn't have allspice. Fast & simple.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Tried the recipe with suggested modification of additional vanilla extract, baking soda, & salt. I don't have a mixer & creamed/mixed all ingredients by hand. The cookies were a hit & I'll make these again. Perhaps I'll omit walnuts next time to shake things up.

Tomato Asparagus Salad
Pretty simple and tasty. I used cherry tomatoes and added some other veggies I had on hand. A great way to use all the great seasonal asparagus on the market.
