Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Very easy and tasty. I also added some mushrooms, garlic, and feta cheese to the quiche. Definitely will make again.

Chinese Cabbage Salad I

Excellent recipe. I added 1/2 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil to the dressing. I also let the dressing sit a few hours to allow the flavors to develop.

Baked French Fries I

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff

I did not enjoy this dish, nor did my dinner guest. The sour cream is all I could taste. It has been years since I last ate stroganoff (back when I was a carnivore), and I remembered it tasting much richer and more flavorful.

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole

This recipe is very versatile. It makes wonderful leftovers to take to work. The flavor improves and intensifies with time in the fridge. This is an easy and very healthy recipe to make (I have made it twice in the first week). This recipe is a nice blueprint for future variations. I plan to experiment by changing the cheese type, substituting soy for worchester, or by changing the vegetables.
