Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
This was a great recipe and very easy to make and prepare. The flavors were great, but I think when you fry the eggplant rather than bake it, it makes the eggplant taste better, even though it's not as healthy. Breaded fried eggplant is one of our favorite foods, so maybe we're a bit partial to that. But otherwise, it's a very good dish to make for supper

Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2008
I usually mess up brownies and always have a soggy center, but these were easy and wonderful! They came out great the first time and were so good, I wouldn't let anyone else eat them!

Sex In A Pan III

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2008
This was great! So easy to make and my family loved it. I used chocolate syrup that you put on ice cream, on top of the whipped cream on top and then some mini chocolate chips. Delish!

Kikkoman Chinese Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2008
I used this recipe at least twice a month. I love it so much. The flavor is much more like you would find in the restaurant. I sometimes even use pork instead of beef and it still tastes great!

Country House Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2008
I've never made fudge before, and I think this was a good recipe to start with. It was easy and turned out great. It made a lot more fudge than I thought it was going to be, but maybe that's because I didn't know what to expect. Instead of evaporated milk, I just used some 2% and thought it tasted just as great. It was melt in my mouth good.

Taco Pie

This was a great meal for my family. Instead of the same old tacos, this was just a little bit different with the same great taste. I didn't change a thing and this recipe fed two hungry men, as well as me!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2008
I loved this recipe! I followed most of the recipe, except for chicken broth I used bullion cubes. Also, instead of baking the biscuits from scratch, I just popped some canned biscuits in the oven, and voila! It was sooo good, my husband loved it!

White Chili with Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
This was delicious! I've never made a chicken chili before so I thought this one would be easy to start with and it was GREAT! I didn't have any cummin at home, so instead I used a little oregano and some chili powder. It tasted great to me. I also used diced tomatoes with green chilies instead of jalepenos. I highly recommend this recipe to try.

Baked Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2007
I loved this recipe! I had a 6lb ham, put it in the crock pot at noon, poured 1 diet coke in and rubbed on some brown sugar. I let it cook on high for 6 hours and when it was done, it was so tender it just fell apart. The ham was DELICIOUS!
