Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper Rub

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2014
Great rub for a pork roast. Changed pepper to 1 Tbsp., and increased the garlic powder to 2 tsp. Pepper was enough for a nice spicey flavor, so I can't imagine how "hot" it would have been with 2! Will use this recipe again.

Pumpkin Bars I

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
Thought this was good, but not great. Needed more "spices" to play off the pumpkin. Will try making it again adding more spice to the ingredients since I did like the fact that the "cake" was very moist! I made a homemade cream cheese frosting which was just perfect!

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
Wow, what great flavors! I was a little timid in using 1/4 cup of cajun seasonings, so I used 4 Tbsp. instead. Still had enough "kick" to it with the Chipotle BBQ sauce I used, and got rave reviews! Will make this again for my next get-together!

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
Made this "appetizer" for a football crowd. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I didn't use the almonds since I am not a fan of them, and I used a frozen bread dough loaf instead of the crescent rolls and rolled it like a jelly roll. Baked the bread loaf according to the package directions! It was fabulous! Will make this one again!

Libby's® Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2002
The flavors and moistness of this bread were excellent! I doubled the amount of cranberries since I felt the recipe was a little skimpy. Will definitely make again for the holidays and give as "home baked" gifts! Den

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2001
Never used a slow cooker before... it was GREAT! Used Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup and added one Tablespoon of Vermouth. Would probably cook for 5-6 hours instead of 6-8. Great Flavors!!
