Hummus I
Love this hummus! I've made it with and without the tahini and it was good either way. I never use the parsley or lemon zest. Also I add olive oil like a lot of other reviewers suggested...maybe 1/4 cup. I crave this version of hummus over the stuff at my favorite Greek restaurant.

Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze
My mom and I loved husband thought it was OK, I don't think he liked the sweetness. I made a few changes based on what I had available...I used wahoo instead of salmon, walnuts intead of pecans and I'm sure I used less honey but it's hard to measure that. And I added a small amout of red pepper flakes to make it spicy and sprinkled a tiny bit of cajun seasoning on the fish while it was cooking. It was sweet and spicy...and it was super easy with ingredients most people probably have handy.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting
I just made this for the second time and it is still wonderful. I didn't have the hot fudge on hand so I used the entire 1/4 cup of milk for extra liquid. I also added pecans this son was eating it like ice cream!
