When I first read this recipe, it sounded kind of dull, but I decided to give it a chance, and now it's the only meat loaf recipe I use. I use half ground turkey breast and half lean ground beef, and I also put the glaze on top. To liven up the turkey base, I add a splash of Worcestershire and smoke flavoring to the meat along with minced garlic and Italian bread crumbs in addition to the regular recipe ingredients. Like many others, I add 1T. Worcestershire to the glaze and another splash of smoke flavoring. This always comes out moist and flavorful!
