Fruity Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
I made this for my husbands birthday , per his request...I am not a cheescake fan, BUT, this was amazing ! The whole family thought this was the "best" I like things natural so I made my own fresh whipped cream and used a graham cracker base , again, per my husbands request :0) The fresh fruit was a great addition and my 7 year old daughter even helped decorate ! :) I will make again !

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
The BEST cupcakes I've ever made! The perfect blend of spices and pumpkin. Don't wait for the Fall time to make these. Perfectly moist too ! I used lightly sweetened whipped cream for the frosting as the cupcakes are a bit on the sweet side and the cream balances out the flavor..I will make this agin and again !!!!!!!!

Carrot Raisin Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
The ingredients seemed a bit plain ,so to enhance the carrot and raisins I added about a 4 tbsp of fresh squeezed orange juice to the mixture. I also reduced the honey and used grapeseed oil instead of Canola . They turned out great with a pretty,brown/orange color and a hint of orange flavor. The whole family loved them as well, will make again for sure !
