Stay at home mom of 3 wonderful children and wife to an amazing ,hardworking ,sweet husband !! I love the outdoors and growing some of our own food in our garden.:)

Chicken and veggies, anything fresh, fruit salads, healthy treats, Thai food, but not so good at that yet :)

None really ...I just love cooking fresh yummy food for my family. I'm so blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom so I have the time to cook from scratch :0)

cooking gluten free and dairy free and having it turn out great :)
My cooking tragedies
when I was real young I used salt instead of sugar and another time used too much baking soda, yuck !

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
The BEST cupcakes I've ever made! The perfect blend of spices and pumpkin. Don't wait for the Fall time to make these. Perfectly moist too ! I used lightly sweetened whipped cream for the frosting as the cupcakes are a bit on the sweet side and the cream balances out the flavor..I will make this agin and again !!!!!!!!

Lemon Pie Bars
I followed the recipe as written the {first time}...NOT enough lemon filling. The crust to lemon ratio was off. I Made it a second time , this time doubling the filling, loved it with the change ! Will make again...

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
followed the recipes to the "T" amazing flavor , very balanced sweet/tart taste. I made the meringue on a humid day so it was flat but still tasted great ! My ONLY change was to double the filling because we love lemon ! Will make again !
