Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks
Great lamb shanks My first time cooking them and they turned out perfect! I used a jackson triggs merlot and they were purple but tasted wonderful! The juices make a great gravy I just mixed equal amounts of butter and flour then added a small amount of watkins beef gravy mix then added the pan juices from the lamb and it was a beautiful meal:)

Angel Food Cake III
I gave it two stars because it did make a cake but that's about it. What a horrible cake and I followed everything to a T and it tasted like eggs and had a very odd texture. I really had high hopes for this one but it let me down.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
The Best pancake recipe I've tried! The pancake turn out fluffy and sweet, great with some canadian maple syrup :) Since pancake mixes are hazardous to your health after being shelved for not really that long; I like to make extra of these and freeze them then pop them in the toaster or the microwave in the morning *What a time saver*
