Sugar-Free Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
I made the large box of sugarfree instant chocolate pudding the day before and kept it in the fridge.. made it with 2 cups of milk. Very thick and creamy then on the day of the party I mixed it with 8 oz thawed coolwhip regular flavor and 8 oz regular cream cheese at room temp. This was for a birthday cake and I wanted it to taste as normal as possible without that terrible twang so many sugarless frostings have. I previously tried the sugarless chocolate can frosting ( horrible) and ended up cutting off the top of the cake and finding this recipe and refrosting the cake. I am Very happy with this recipe.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2007
My son said this is the best peanutbutter cookie he ever tasted-and it was 3 days old when he got it by mail-he even had to hide them from his wife so she wouldnt eat them all. He only got one!!!He said "the perfect peanut butter cookie-he is my #1 peanut butter fan..I used evaporated milk instead of thick cream since I was mailing them (probably wouldnt have made a difference in freshness) and it worked great. A family staple from now on.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2007
I am still cooking this recipe but it smells and looks soooo good. The shredding was tiresome but I bet the fresh ingredients are worth it. I will prepare a little ahead next time but this was a supper in a pinch on a Friday night. I followed the recipe exactly!
