French Toast Casserole

Made this twice now, made everything exactly the same, except second time I cut my cubes bigger like the one in the pic' , I cut the first batch way too small , so it was not so pretty as the second batch...lol...very good recipe !

Black Bean Quesadillas

These were easy to make but I was a little short on cheese so I think next time they will even be better...I am going to add the black olivese and chilies like the inventor suggested next time..because I think that will really balance it out...quick to make and pretty filling

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Made this today, I was easy to make but I was not impressed with the taste..Loaded it up with some salt and pepper and that helped some...I think maybe it was the Swiss cheese that none of us liked...overall not bad, but I think next time I will just do all cheddar cheese.

Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruit

Made this for my family of four and it was great ! Made it exactly like it said except used Roma lettuce and grilled my chicken breast on the George Forman..was great and I am keep the little bit of left overs for my daughters lunch..plan on putting it on a wrap ! A Keeper !

Garlic Red Potatoes

COOK LONGER for certain ! I cooked them for 1 hour and they still were not done...the taste was great and I really like the recipe, but 30 minutes is nowhere near long enough ...!

Bread Pudding III

Yummy ! I made this and added the slivered almonds like someone suggested and it was Great ! ..and it was really pretty because I fixed it in a Fiesta deep bowl and it puffed up and looked very impressive !

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Made this for dinner to put with a crock pot pepper steak and it was GREAT, my dad who is 76 had never had anything like it and went back for a big heaping pile of seconds ! Will be a keeper

Turtle Cheesecake

My 19 yr old daughter fixed this for Christmas Eve lunch and WOW, we were truely impressed. She did everything exact except she used white chocolate chips as my dad is allergic to regular..everyone agreed best cheesecake EVER ! Thanks for a wonderful recipe !

Ice Cream Cake Roll

Me and my daughter made this today for her b-day. We followed all the directions, and baked 12 minutes in pre-heated oven (came out just right)...we used fried ice -cream and it was really good ! Looked a little messy because some of it had melted before I got it all rolled and so ends didn't look the best..but after I cut off the ends it was really good !

Eggplant Parmesan II

I just made this tonight and it was great ! I used 1 large and one small eggplant and it made enough for 6 with left overs..very filling. I made my own breadcrumbs and added italian bread dipping seasoning, then after dipping in egg browned at 450 for 7 minutes each side , then followed directions..with a salad and bread this makes for a wonderful meal..better than what I had at the Olive Garden a few weeks ago ! Try IT !

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

These are better than SUBWAY ! I made them thinking "yeah, they will probably be so,so", but these are GREAT ! I kept hearing my daughter sneeking back in the kitchen to get another one. My husband could not say enough about how good they are ! MAKE THESE COOKIES !

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

This was awesome ! My chipotle sauce was expired so I kind of whipped together some of the ingrediants on the bottle and used..turned out fabulous ! We ate it with the rice, some of us bowl style with tortilla shells on top, some in a soft shell...totally blew my diet ! A keeper

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Lemon Square Bars

I just made these a couple hours ago, ran to an appointment came back and tried one. REALLY GOOD. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. I made them in a glass dish and they just pop right out..I was a little worried because when I took the crust out to put on filling, it bubbled up when i poured it on..but alls well. They are great !

Old Fashioned Stuffing

This was a good recipe..I used a little gravy and added in to make it a little more moist when serving..but that was my fault because I had to wait for the turkey to finish and everything else was done ! WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

THIS WAS AWESOME ! I was a little nervouse making it the night before but I went ahead and it was GREAT...I used everything like it said except I used my own strawberry freezer jam and cut up frozen strawberries instead of fresh...I just added the frozen berries in the morning...! Excellent ! The chips were GREAT and I made them that morning..was rushing around a little to get them in everyones lunch..but all turned out and they all LOVED THIS RECIPE ! Something refreshing and new for the lunchbox !

Cincinnati Chili II

This is a good recipe, however normally you do not brown Cincinnati Chili..it should boiled in the broth..this is great on top of spaghetti with chopped onions, red kidney beans and piles of cheddar cheese..some like it with oyster crackers as well ! A family favorite !! If you check your grocery there is also a pack mix for Cincinnati Style chili..thats great as well..usually around the packs for roasts, marinades..spice packs...This heats great !
