Marshmallow Fondant

I had never made fondant before and this was really easy to make. If you have a kitchen aide mixer just put it in there to mix it. It even tasted great!

Monster Cookies VI

Ok I made a big mistake when I made these cookies. The dough seems way too sticky when you put it on the pan. DO NOT ADD MORE FLOUR!!! I added more flour it is a bad idea. They come out really good and are chewy if you don't add that flour.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These were good but they didn't seem to cook enough in the middle even the sides were really crunch and hard. I took them to work and they disappeared quickly so they must have been good. They just didn't keep there shape very well and were a bit too gooey.

Onion, Garlic, Cheese Bread

This bread was ok but if you grate the cheeze it all just mixes into the dough and doesn't give you that nice marbled effect. I think thee was a bit too much garlic. I don't think I would make this again.

Mandi's Cheesy Potato Soup

I was a little scared this recipe would be bland. But I was wrong. I did add some chicken broth as a substitute for the water. Next time I would add some bacon. I made it with skim milk and it turned out great. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe!

Soft Christmas Cookies

The dough rises quite a bit so watch your thickness. The dough looks to sticky but after you chill it it rolls out great! These cookies were a hit at work they were gobbled up in minutes.

Sugar Cookie Frosting

This icing was really good. It made my cookies look great! Just be careful with not adding the liquid ingredients until later as it was too thick and broke my beaters.
