Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

This was great. We used Basa fillets and floured and egged the fish before putting in the bread crumb and seasoning mix. Baked at 400 for 20 minutes.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

We really enjoyed this recipe. It was so easy to prepare, took little time and clean up was a snap. Next time we will try what others have suggested and omit the flour.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Easy Company Chicken

This was quick, easy and delicious. I doubled the curry powder and my daughter who doesn't normally like spices loved it.

This recipe is good but I did a few variations until we got it how we really liked it. Instead of French dressing we used Thousand Islands. We also left out the chili and instead used a can of garbanzo beans and a can of kidney beans. Everyone adds their own sour cream and salsa to taste.
