I really like this recipe. While I was at the store, I also picked up the Peppermint Crunch Andes (red and white mints). I thought it might make pretty holiday swirls--I tried it on a few and they don't melt and spread as well as the chocolate and ended up pretty messy. The regular mint ones were really, really nice.

It didn't work well for me, but it is hard to actually ruin a potato for me so it was eaten, just no "wow" factor.

I had planned on roasting my red potatoes but the outside temp of 100 degrees made me reconsider turning on the oven. So, I looked to allrecipes.com. So glad I came across and tried this recipe. Great potatoes! This is a keeper. Made steak, potatoes and bread and never turned on the oven. Fantastic!

I thought this was great. Slight changes---half the butter, half the pasta, a 1/4 cup of white wine at the same time as the garlic. Even the kiddos ate it up with a side of strawberry spinach salad. I cooked my chicken tenderloins in the butter (in a skillet) before adding the garlic. I removed them and then added again according to the directions.

Hands down, the best banana bread I personally have ever made. I will never skimp on the bananas again! Thank you!

So good. To speed up cooking time and make them easier to eat for my kids, I pound out the chicken breasts to about 1/3". Serve with pasta, red sauce and broccolli. Home run!

Great recipe! My entire family enjoyed it (3 yr old and 1 yr old!). I was worried about the "heat" so I used about a tsp of pureed chipolte pepper (I keep them preportioned in my freezer). I love cumin so I added that as well as a bit of brown sugar for another layer of flavor. Served with brown rice/lime/cilantro. Topped my rice bowl with sour cream, cheese, corn and avocado. GREAT. Will make again.

Nice, quick dinner. My kids really liked it, but I don't htink they would have if I had used the full amount of red pepper. You could separate the mixture before adding red pepper for adults.

These were about as tender of pork chops as I have ever had. Really good comfort food. Add a little paprika and cayenne for a little bit more bite, but very good. Served with brown rice.

Really, really good! I had made homemade applesauce earlier this week (Sarah's Applesauce from this site) and used that along with Bisquick mix. What a nice change of pace. We all loved them! Thanks for sharing this quick, delicious recipe!

First time making applesauce and my 2-year old was literally licking the plate as I was clearing the dishes. I suggest adding the sugar little by little to your taste. We didn't end up needing as much as it called for. Also added freshly ground nutmeg. AWESOME as we head into fall.

I had ground chicken and was looking for a new recipe to try--I am so glad I found this one. Other things I did differently: I used refried black beans with lime. I used regular tomato sauce with few dashes of Cholula. (note that you only need 14 ounces of tomato sauce. I almost opened two 15 ounce cans.) I took another reviewer's suggestion and baked them without the sour cream for about 8 minutes to get the ingredients melted and the tortillas crispy. I topped them off with sour cream combined with fresh chopped cilantro. This recipe made 9 burritos using 8" tortillas. I flash-froze the remaining assembled burritos for another night. Yum! I have made this for several years now and always a hit. If I don't have time (or it is too hot to turn on the oven) I pick up Stacy's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips and it works out great. I have to search around a little for the Cinnamon Sugar flavor, but I have luck at Whole Foods (so I stock up when I get there). Also, my toddler really likes this, but it is difficult for her to scoop out the salsa, so we add the salsa to vanilla yogurt and she LOVES it!

Delicious with several other reviews suggestions: Salsa Verde, a little cornstarch, and extra cumin. I was afraid it would be spicy or a little too seasoned for my toddler, but it was milder than I expected. Definitally could be spiced up with jalapenos in some form (with diced tomatoes or fresh, sauteed.). Thanks for the recipe!

Very, very good. Made these as part of a holiday cookie tray and they were awesome. I made them a little smaller so they were more bite-sized (with so many cookies to sample I thought it would be good to be a smaller size). They were a hit and I am craving them now. I didn't have brandy so I used 1/2 tablespoon vanilla and 1/2 orange juice. This will be a new favorite recipe.
