This recipe was easy to make and taste great! I tried to get a little creative by adding spinich. I chopped about 1 or 2 cups of spinich, I added it to the sauce. I then place a bed of spinich under the fish. This dish is a keeper.

Eggplant Parmesan I

I am a beginner cook, this dish was easy to make and very good. Took some to work and my coworkers loved it. They realy thought I was a true cook.

Glazed Salmon

My son love it...it turned out great. I seasoned the salmon to my taste and then followed the directions for the glaze. I place the salmon on my George Forman grill for 3 mins then I place the glaze on it for about another min. LOVED IT !!! Thanks..very quick and easy.

Sweet Potato Pie I

I made this pie tonight just to practice for Thanksgiving on Thursday. It turned out great. I will add a tad more sugar next time. I would love to find out how to make the crust more flaky too. Over all great recipe.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

Made this dressing for Thanksgiving. Turned out great. Everybody loved it. I used the stock from the turkey when mixing the ingredients together. Loved it.

Million Dollar Pie III

Made this desert for Thanksgiving. It was a knock out. Made two of these pies and when they were finished wished I had made more. 5 stars is not enough for this rating. Highly recommend.
