Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce
It turned out really well, although I might use a red chili pepper vodka next time. Also, one modification I did make, based on some other reviews, is that in addition to the crushed tomatoes, I also added a jar of pasta sauce. Thinking fresh basil could also be a nice addition, but all in all, well received by my husband, and I liked it too.

Tomato Dill Soup
good soup, but I made a couple of changes. First, it didn't have enough dill, so I doubled that, and I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. I made one more big change because I wanted it to be richer. I added 1/2 cup of half and half. I think next time I might try heavy cream next time. for the tomatoes, if you have half of them be diced and the other half be crushed, there isn't a need to puree it.

Baked Salmon II
This is the one and only main dish my entire family can agree on. It is great even for fussy eaters. It is also very easy, and is great to serve to guests - it is very impressive looking to them. Its appearance and taste makes it seem to them like I'm some gourmet cook. I've made this one many times and have never had anyone that wasn't looking for seconds.
