A native of Louisiana, making delicious cajun cooking healthy is my passion. I have four children so cooking for a family of six makes every evening a "small dinner party". My cooking triumphs
I prepared Crawfish Etouffee for a gymnastics team and found out a little late that there would be another team attending. I quickly converted it into a crawfish etouffee pasta sauce and served it over noodles. It was a success!
My cooking tragedies
My husband is far better at grilling than I am. I'm working on grilling a tastier steak or burger than he can.
