Portuguese Steamed Clams
These clams were awesome! Following the advice of other reviewers, I too add minced garlic. I also added 2 tsp pimenta moida (fermented pepper paste). Being of Portuguese decent, pimenta moida is a staple in my house. It's available in the international section of most groceries stores. Don't forget crusty bread to dip in the sauce, which I doubled for this purpose. Thanks Star!!!

Indian Stir-Fried Shrimp in Cream Sauce (Bhagari Jhinga)
I made this a couple nights ago for an Indian themed dinner party that I hosted...it was a hit! I doubled the amount of sauce. I didn't have mustard seed so I omitted it. I followed the advice of other reviewers and add scallops with the shrimp. I added a small onion, chooped with the garlic and I added 1 tbsp of red curry paste.The flavour and spices were perfect. For those who are not fans of spicy dishes I would follow the recipe as it's written and add more spices to taste along the way. Served over basmati rice.

Slow Cooker Stuffing
This is a great recipe, used it for Thanksgiving and it was a hit. Please read the recipe folks...it states 4 1/2 cups of chicken broth, or AS NEEDED. I started with 3 cups and added more as I needed. I also added 2 cloves of minced garlic to the onion and celery.
