Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
Moist, easy and delicous. I mixed soup with a half can of milk and white wine in equal parts. I used pepper jack cheese instead of swiss. Next time i'm going to add a can of green chili peppers to cream of chicken soup to add some kick. Hubby loved it.

OMG! Rich and decadent. My husband said it tasted like a very expensive gourmet chocolate cream pie. Only complaint was I couldn't taste coconut. Next time i will add coconut extract. Can't wait to make this for our Easter family dinner.

Chocolate Cherry Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
Wish I could give this 100 stars. Melt in your mouth moist. I microvave store bought chocolate frosting for 35 seconds. Stir and pour 1/2 container over cake. then you can sprinkle with nuts or choclate chips. Saves time and looks beautiful.

I have never had soda bread before and this was a great surprise. I don't know how I did'nt see sugar in the recipe but I did'nt and so mine did'nt have any sugar!!It tasted like a giant moist buttermilk biscuit. I'm glad I did'nt add sugar . It was delicous with corned beef and cabbage. It makes wonderful toast the next day,

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
This is a pretty cake. Make sure and don't overbake it. It was a lot of work and a lot of clean up but would be worth it for a special occasion. My only problem was with the cream cheese filling. I thought it could be sweeter and needed a little vanilla.

Crazy!! I was skeptical until the first bite. I had 5 huge zucchini sitting on the counter and was running out of ideas. This was delicous and we liked it better than the apple crisp I usually make. Can't wait to take some to a family function. Thanks a bunch for this recipe.
