Pancakes I

I liked that I had all the ingredients on hand and my kids went back for seconds. But I did find them somewhat bland, even after adding cinnamon and vanilla.

My husband licked the plate! The only thing I will do differently next time is dip the chicken in flour then in egg wash then flour again because the batter did not stick so well.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Great! I added 8 oz sharp cheddar (half on top with the crushed crackers and half mixed into the recipe) and a 22 oz (cooked) bag of frozen broccoli florets. A very versitale recipe. Quick and easy with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

I used fettuccine. I love the way the pasta absorbs the lemon/chicken broth flavors. Except for the lemon zest, I followed the recipe exactly. I will def. make again.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

I will take the advice from others next time and coat the bacon in the brown sugar prior to wrapping the smokies. It takes a while for the bacon to cook and worth every minute. Excellent!

Banana Muffins II

YUM! Very easy to make. I used an electric mixer for the wet ingredients. I doubled the recipe and was one banana short and it was still good. I was short on butter and added a little olive oil to make up for it. I also sprinkled some sugar on top of each muffin before baking. This recipe is very forgiving.

The best sauce-EVER! I'm about to make barbeque meatloaf with it. I like how flexible it is. I reduced the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and the ketchup to 2 cups.
