Mushroom Stuffing Balls

This recipe is AMAZING. I made them for a wine tasting and had so many friends ask me for the recipe. They were great. I made them again with a yogurt/lemon dressing and loved them once more!

Slow ' N' Easy Chili

I agree with the previous post. This has a weird bitter taste and bad aftertaste. I was told (as I brought it for a work potluck) that when you cook onions too long, the carmelized sugars start to burn. But, the bites with no onions were delicious! I like the canned tomato soup. It was a great idea.

Creamy Zucchini with Linguine

I thought this receipe was great in a pinch! I usually don't make creamy receipes since I don't stock heavy creams. I was surprised how creamy and flavorful this quick recipe was! I will make it again.

Broccoli Chicken Roli

This receipe was great. I actually used biscuits cut in half and rolled out and the mixture amount was perfect for that. These are easier, healthier and cheaper than Hot Pockets!

Tamra's Lemon Artichoke Pesto

This was awesome. I have seen this in a jar at Trader Joe's but knew there had to be a recipe out there. A bit too garlicky so next time less, and I too used basil and pine nuts. SO good!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
I made this recipe for a Passover dinner. It was served with Matzah crackers instead of graham crackers. It was delicious and a huge hit! I mixed it all in a bowl and covered it. The next morning I took the bowl out of the fridge in to soften up and it was easy to form in balls wrapped in saran wrap in just 15 min. I will def. make this again!
