Meatiest Vegetarian Chili From Your Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2013
Next time I'd skip the tofu, add a jalapeno or 2, and swap white vinegar for apple cider vinegar. A good base recipe for sure!

Spicy Black Bean and Corn Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
My husband thinks this is much improved with 1/4 cup parmesan. I like these best as a slider, rather than a giant bean burger.

12 TBSP of cocoa and 3 TBSP canola oil-- and you only need 2 eggs if you don't have enough!

Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
Perfect pumpkin fudge! I used pureed fresh pumpkin instead of canned, and added pumpkin pie spice-- a very easy to follow recipe with a great result.

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
Great texture & a very pretty muffin-- It tastes overwhelmingly of baking soda, though, even after I used a quarter of a tsp. less than noted in the recipe. Next time, I'm using self-rising flour and omitting the baking soda and baking powder. Overall a great recipe!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
I made the recipe almost as written, except for the amount of sugar included. Love this recipe in general-- the consistency of the muffins is fantastic, and I love that it uses up the random extra yogurt I usually have. But it is WAY too sweet! I doubled the recipe & put in 1 1/2 cups of sugar & it still tastes sweeter than cake. Next time, I'll make this with lemon zest, plain yogurt & cranberries and cut the sugar even more.

Fluffy Pancakes

Excellent recipe & a new house favorite. When doubling this recipe, if you want to shave calories, you only need 1 egg & the results are the same.
