Pressure Cooker Carnitas
Amazing. I made this for tacos for a large group. I was so happy when I opened the pressure cooker. Perfectly authentic taste and texture. I served the tacos with shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes and lime wedges, to rave reviews! I will be using this recipe again!

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad
I made a test batch for an upcoming cater event. I omitted 1/2 the sugar and added black olives. I will be making this for 250 people this weekend and I'm sure it will be a big hit! Thank you for the recipe! Delish!!!
