Easy Chicken Alfredo II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
Super simple and really delicious! I was a bit reluctant to try it at first but it makes a really nice creamy sauce. I just add a little extra garlic other than that the recipe is great!

French Beef Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
Really delicious! I've made this stew more times than I can count. I usually serve mine over some white or brown rice with a little bit of dijon on top. Best stew I've ever ate!

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
I really liked this recipe. The only thing that i had trouble with was the part of the directions that have you cooking the chicken with the bread crumb and egg mixture. When i did this the bread crumbs and egg got really brown and started sticking to the skillet. So i recommend cutting your chicken breasts up into 1 inch squares first. Then cook your chicken till its about done... add the mixture (crumbs and eggs) with a little (a teaspoon) of oil and cooking till the chicken and egg is completely done. I chopped the chicken up with the end of my spatula once it was done so it would go into the shells better. Other than that... recipe was awesome! tastes like breaded Chicken Parmesan, stuffed in big shells :) Enjoy!

Easy Lemon Cookies

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
I LOVE THESE! They have a wonderful lemon flavor. The cookies remind me of a very well known coffee house (rhymes with sharschmucks) Lemon Pound Cake. I have 2 problems with the cookies, 1) I cant stop eating them 2)they have a bit of an acidic after taste (but they are lemon so thats to be expected). Very quick and very easy, recommend this cookie to any lemon lover. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
AMAZING! Very moist and flavorful. i made mine into muffins by using a muffin pan instead of a loaf pan. These rock! thanks for the recipe!... Update 09/26/2011: I just made this deliciousness again. This time I used 1 jumbo egg, 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white, 1/2 white a.p. flour and 1/2 whole wheat and 3 smaller smashed bananas, which equaled 3/4 cup (probably should have used 4 for a full cup). Came out perfectly!

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2008
I made these to take to a new years party but as soon as i would get a batch done they were gone thanks to my brother and uncles. :) I added Ranch dressing and sour cream to mine. I put equal parts mayo, ranch and sour cream. It gave them a little tang that was nice. The liquids bake down and into the dough giving the canned biscuits a good flavor. Definitely has a permanent place in my personal cook book.

Thin Mint Crackers

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2007
ok.... i feel kinda of special after reading about how easy these were to make, saying that ive had trouble.. :)BUT i had trouble.. i dont know if maybe i overcooked the chocolate, but the chocolate was fine, smooth and a nice manageable consistency until i added the mint, then it went to this thick mass of chocolate that wouldnt stick to the crackers (it did taste good though :D) thanks UPDATE: You have to use an oil based mint flavor.. So mint oil instead of just plain extract.. (extract will kill your chocolate) Once i figured this out the cookies ROCK! My family asks me to make them constantly. Thanks for the recipe!
