Mexican Bean Salad

Amazing! I took the advice of others and cut the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt each by half. Also left out cilantro and added jalapeno, due to personal preference. Excellent recipe that is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed instantly. Definitely a keeper! Try it--you will not be disappointed.

Grilled Potatoes and Onion

This is one of my favorite grill recipes. Be sure to use red onion, and make the thickness of potato and onion slices as uniform as possible. The tasty results of this quick and easy recipe never cease to amaze me. Enjoy!
