Australian English Trifle
I don't use port flavored gelatin but sherry instead. I use either chopped up angel cake or 'Ladys Fingers Sponge', place them in a bowl first and soak with sherry (or port) and I use a strawberry or raspberry jelly (jello). Depending on what state you live in, I know Publix & Albertson's in FL have a British section that sell custard in powder or ready made version or you can make your own custard. Trifle is so easy to make as you can tweak it to suit your palette.

English Trifle to Die For
Always a hit, especially at holiday time. You can change the fruit to what you like but bananas, strawberries and raspberries are always a good bet. Being British, I miss the desserts so much here in the USA. You don't have to have sherry in the bottom but it's best!

Rob and Becky's Pimm's(TM) Lemonade
Brings back happy memories of Henley Regatta. This is the typical 'tipple' of this event. You have to have the mint and cucumber. Very refreshing, but be careful, you often don't realize how much alchohol is in this!
