Yeah, it was really good. I used one teaspoon oregano and and a half teaspoon of red pepper. My son and I ate about 5 pounds of clams. Also had bread and salad. Like I said...really good.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Loved em! I did change a few things to try and make them a little healthier...like cookies can be healthy! I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all-purpose flour, replaced the white sugar with Splenda, used 1 cup chocolate chips instead of 2 and replaced the butter for soft tofu. They were a little spongy, but the taste was excellent and just what I needed to fulfill my sweets obsession.

Alaskan BBQ Salmon

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I have never made a lemon meringue pie before but this one was excellent. The only thing I changed was putting 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and a 1/2 tsp. vanilla into the meringue to keep it from weeping, though it still did...a little. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

My girlfriend and I loved this, though I did make a few changes. First I doubled the recipe and added 2 tbsp. brown sugar and a clove of minced garlic then marinated the steaks for an hour. I then grilled the steaks on the BBQ and used the rest of the sauce to drizzle over the top along with some sauteed mushrooms. Very very good!

Delicious and very easy. I melted the chocolate in the microwave instead of using a double boiler. (I just thought it was easier). I hope I can wait the 3 weeks to drink it!

I loved it, though the kids thought it was only okay...but what do they know! The only thing I did differently was to dice and pan fry the bacon, then put on top of the cheese.
