Loved em! I did change a few things to try and make them a little healthier...like cookies can be healthy! I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all-purpose flour, replaced the white sugar with Splenda, used 1 cup chocolate chips instead of 2 and replaced the butter for soft tofu. They were a little spongy, but the taste was excellent and just what I needed to fulfill my sweets obsession.
